nice way. no tickeds accepted for trial key users and no responce when i do the faq doesnt give the answer videos also doesnt give the answer and they point me back to here

hello as theres no way i can find a support forum or system for trial users i post it here i have registered and wanna use my trial key but it keeps saying invalid key now i cant make use of the trial period because the system wont let me login to the admin section. how can i fix this. otherwise i dont wanna lose my money on buying something i cant test first
