I have a paypal pro account and am currently utilizing the api pro integration which only allows the customer to pay with a credit card. I am about to bring on some larger customers, and I want to give them the opportunity to pay with their checking accounts (as well I want to avoid the nasty credit card transaction fees on the larger transactions). I was wondering if anyone had already spent the time to write the necessary code to integrate paypal express as an alternate payment option?

I am a novice in the php department. I need an action hook placed in AfterShoppingCartCheckout to cause a flat fee and a percent fee to be added to the customers final bill before he pays. My need is subject to only one product category. Normally, I would simply reference a php function already in existence in whmcs (such as a tax function), but the php functions are encoded with ioncube.
