My question is in regards specifically to using WHMCS with multiple reseller companies that offer end user support.
I know I can setup the ordering process to send clients to seperate "servers/companies" but can I also have their support tickets sent to seperate companies?
Example:
Server A Clients support sent to Server A Reseller Company, Server B clients support setn to server B reseller company?
All the resellers use WHMCS as well.
Is it possible built in? or something simple by having a field in support that says what server are you on?
