Hi, i have read all about the hooks etc and read a few posts on here, but what i cannot figure out is what file i actually edit to change the link to the Knowledgebase link in the navbar menu, i want it to point somewhere else....

Hi folks... Not long installed this and tried out few tickets and deleted them, i must had removed them the wrong way cause it still says 2 open and 1 answered, yet when i try to view them theres nothing there, all gone, so, how do i remove the ghost notices please? regards bashy
