  3. Dear Mr. Chris D, I have checked with login details of server WHM. I am able to connect, changed the password, Terminate, suspend and unsuspend etc. from WHMCS. But only Package Changes is not able. Module Command Error Product attribute Package Name "WHMuser_LH-1GB" not found on server. LH-1GB is my package at WHM. Regards,

  7. Hello, I am able to create new Cpanel from my WHMCS. But when I try to change a client package in whmcs > products / service > (after selecting a new package) change package says : Module Command Error Specified package does not exist. I have very latest whmcs. It is happened at the time of upgrade/downgrade.
  8. I change my Domain price for renewal. But Price of Renewal of existing Domains are not change. And when Invoice is created with the price which is used at the time of registered. How can change automatically and at a time not one by one.

  12. I am using Google Apps email : billing@wisdomwebworld.com But I have not received any Open ticket from my clients which are creating by email. I have installed IMAP in google account. I have done importing configuration at my Support Department. POP3 Importing Configuration (Only required if using POP3 Import method) Hostname : pop.gmail.com POP3 Port : 995 Email Address Email Pass But pipe/pop.php cron is not run in my cpanel. Where is other of WHMCS Cron is working fine. I have not received any log or response for */5 * * * * php -q /home/myuser/public_html/whmcs/pipe/pop.php " whmcs " is my sub-domain. MX entry of Google Apps are right because I have received email since last two years from my email account billing@mydomain.com Please help.
  13. I have set up : */5 * * * * php -q /home/mycpanel/public_html/whmcs/pipe/pipe.php>/dev/null 2>&1 And every five minutes I received an email : A new support ticket has been opened. Client: Department: Billing and Sale Information Subject: Priority: Medium --- No message found. --- Where is any support ticket has not been open. I want when any email send to me then Support ticket will open.
  14. When I send any message or invoice then messages are not reached to Gmail account. But in log files shown the email. I found that Messages are not reach to Google Apps email accounts only.

  16. I have upgrade my WHMCS properly to use FTP upload version 5.1.3 And after up gradation I had deleted Install folder. But when I log in to my Admin Area showing the An Upgrade is available. And also showing 5.1.2 My license provided by ResellerClub. WHMCS download from there.
