Is there a way to create my own private registration service to offer customers? Or a WHMCS module that handles that type of email forwarding? Or maybe a third party service to handle it? Thanks for any recommendations you might have.

Does anyone have a boilerplate TOU and Privacy policy for a hosting/registar/web dev/seo company? Probably be close to go daddys I want to make sure there are policies regarding dmca, abusing the system, spam, etc Any other tips to protect myself when opening a hosting/programming/consulting business like this?
