Good question.. If it's just going to cause complete upraw then to be honest I can't be bothered.. It's nothing to do with 'backing down from a claim..' I simply don't have the time or the energy to pursue this any longer.

The template was removed due to the publicity it had gained from WHT. Not because I was in deniel of it been apparently been 'stolen' which was never the case.

The site was created for SpookedOut, under my knowledge it was completely unique, never did I know TJ Phippen (DesignSKS, SKSHost, WHMCSTemplates & FireVPS) actually adapted it from FireVPS which is one of his 'make-shaft' companies he owns.

I won't go into full detail. However SpookedOut were accused of 'stealing' a website, more to the point it wasn't 'stolen' it was legit and those involved have been dealt with accordingly. In return I got spammed with over 100 free newsletters! immature, childish behavior If you ask me.

I'd just like to make it clear, that SpookedOut has not ceased operation, nor did SpookedOut act in a nefarious manner regarding incidents which occured this week. Thanks.

The 'Live Help' icon above the domain checker looks odd, I don't favor those images (tacky in my opinion).. Emdeded CSS Styles - .style4 { text-align: center; } .style5 { text-align: right; } Try assigning that into your stylesheet instead.. And the footer seems very low, maybe bring it up a little?! Tom

It's not a WHMCS error. It's most probably related to the MySQL db.

You don't need a dedicated IP or a SSL certificate, that's for your own security measures (I'd recommend it though).. Please check before opening threads, that one of the same nature does not already exist.. Thanks!

v3.2 Is currently in BETA testing, therefore It should be a couple of weeks before the STABLE version Is released. The changed template files in each upgrade are listed in the README file so you will know what changes need making.

I doubt my client's would actually know what OpenSRS was...

WHMCS will work fine on RHEL based OS. You need MySQL/Apache/PHP installed and configured correctly. May I ask which versions you are using? If you could also expand on this error, you are experiencing? Tom

I don't think you have actually. Make sure the header.swf Is uploaded! There should be no reason as to why flash (.swf) wouldn't work!
