  1. Hi there, No, I am talking about the admin side of the tickets, not the client side. When viewing a ticket in the admin panel, you do have a tab where any custom client fields (like password, etc.) can be shown, but I would like to see those visible at all times, not just behind the tab. This way you don't have to keep going back and forth to that tab every time you need it.
  2. I was wondering if it is possible to add custom fields (like we have for example domain, username, password, ...) into the support ticket details tab instead of in its own tab. It would be easier and definitely faster to deal with tickets this way. I assume the file for the page supporttickets.php is completely encoded since there seems to be no template for it, so I'm not sure if this can be added at all.
  3. I have to agree with Paul, I much rather wait a bit longer and be sure that everything works smoothly and as it should.
  4. That's not correct, is it? If you have set WHMCS to only create the account after payment has been received, then it will do exactly that and certainly won't create the account beforehand.
  5. When either the "Fraud" or "Cancelled" status is selected on a product, then it will still continue to show up (in for example the calendar) as if the items are still active. I would find it more logical to assume that those items will not be billed anymore with either one of those selctions and should be seen as "Terminated". I have to say though, I love the addition of those items, and would love to see them corrected as I explained.
  6. I have to agree... Makes you wonder, if you tend to be so cheap with getting your website up and running, which happens to be one heck of an important factor of your business, then how are you actually going to run your business? Perhaps you ought to try and do your own integration instead?
  7. No, I just created a test account for myself, added credit there and then went ahead to place an order via the normal way a customer would do. I chose Paypal invoices. Everything worked correctly, payment was deducted from my credit, account was set up automatically and all, no problems there. The only thing is that the invoice for that order remained as "unpaid", even though there was nothing to pay anymore. I have to note that I am still using version 3.1.2, so perhaps whatver the issue was, it does not exist anymore in the newer version.
  8. When a customer has enough credit on their account and places an order (pays via an invoice), the account is set up correctly and so on, but the invoice remains marked as unpaid.
  9. When adding the configurable options list within for example the welcome email of a dedicated server, it does not retain the original order of these options in that email, they are all mixed up. Could this be fixed please?
  10. When entering anything with an apostrophe ' in the admin notes of a product, it will show up as \' once it has been submitted. I have noticed the same thing happening in some support tickets too.
  11. Matt, but weren't there also options like the customer getting personalized messages upon a "fraud" order, and things like that, or is that also built in and do we just need to edit the language files?
  12. I was wondering, whatever happened to that extended Maxmind Fraud module which used to be available from another site as an addon? The site in question does not appear to be there anymore and I can't find any information on that module anymore either. It's a shame, because it looked quite interesting.
  13. I just received a PM on this forum with the same kind of crap in it
  14. Well, there is a basic version of MaxMind's Fraud Protection built standard into WHMCS. However, there is also an add-on MOD which requires an extra fee and which will give you plenty more options and features for this fraud protection module. You can find that MOD here: http://www.whmcsmods.org/browse_products.php
