  1. Hi, Is there any way to create cPanel accounts with different owners, depending of the service. Let me try to explain: If someone orders product X, it will create the account within the reseller Y. If someone orders product W, it will create the account within the reseller Z. Currently all the accounts are being created with owner "root". I want to use with these different owners as this way I can create predefinied skeleton directories for each reseller. Thanks, R.
  2. After upgrading to 4.4.2, I saw the new improved notes display on support tickets. But now, I don't know why, it got back to the old way. Is there any setting about this, or restriction based on which browser I am using? Thanks, R.
  3. Can I create configurable options for products with more than one language? We work in three different countries, with different languages. Creating configurable options to some products and services with more than one language is better than creating various copies of the same product/service just to create the same configurable option again with other names. Thanks, R.
  4. I am using DirectI/Resellerclub for registering domains for some years, but since friday, everything that I try to do on any domain returns "An unknown fault occured - please contact support". Checked on WHMCS wiki, the data is right, without accents and stuff, even domains that I already registered by WHMCS are returning the error when I try to modify. Is there any log where I can trace the source of this problem? I have lots of pending domains to manage and can't due do this. Thanks, R.
  5. Hi, I need to add "Custom Fields" to a whole group of products/services. As there are too much products on this group, is there a way to add to the whole group, instead of adding to each product? Thanks, Ruber
