did anyone ever solve this? We are seeing the same error messages

G´day everyone, i am having somewhat of a problems with private name servers. I recently bought a reseller account from JustHost and they set up pretty much everything, including private name servers which were mentioned in their email. So now, under the impression that i could use those private name servers (like ns1.mydomain.com and ns2.mydomain.com) added the server in WHMCS and also added the private name servers (hostname and IP). I created a test account with some co.cc domain, and after activating the account i set the NS entries at co.cc to my private name servers and waited for the changes to propagate. When digging the domain i can see the entries just fine: ;; ANSWER SECTION: mysite.co.cc. 3600 IN NS ns1.mydomain.com. myssite.co.cc. 3600 IN NS ns2.mydomain.com. What makes me wonder is that the site doesn´t open in my browser. "Firefox can´t find the server at...." is all i get to see, despite the NS entries being correct. Did i miss something here, or did i misunderstand the usage of private name servers in general? I went through the WHMCS docs and they said something along the lines of "Enter your private name servers in those fields", which i did. Oh, let me apologize for my english -> native german speaker

Hi everyone, i am facing some kind of strange issue. I am currently using the Trial version to see if i get to terms with WHMCS, and so far things are looking good except a major annoyance i am facing right now. I got my reseller hosting setup yesterday, signed up for the WHMCS trial license and set everything up right (i hope). Now to the issue i am facing and can´t get around. When testing ordering with a dummy account the order goes through, i get the order number. However, the order in WHMCS shows as pending. So i went into the order and tried to run the Create module which returns: "Sorry,a group for that username already exists". Checked the WHM Account List and amazingly the account was setup in WHM but WHMCS shows it as pending and doesn´t send out any email confirmation to the user whatsoever. I tried with different user names to no avail. It was a clean installation, no previous user existed in WHM and yet i am getting an error telling me that the username already exists? How so? It´s really doing my head because i can´t get it to work. I think i set up everything right, else the account wouldn´t get created in WHM. It´s just that the order doesn´t get completed...so any ideas are welcome
