Hi, I have a quick question about billable items. Does automatic invoice generation look at billable items which are due and generate invoices or it only does that for product/services? So for example, if I create a billable item for a client with recurring cycle and due date in the future, will cron job detect and generate invoice when the due date comes?

The message was "Order Accept Encountered Problem" and a "-" underneath it. That's all. However on another screen, I got the ports error being blocked. Note that I managed to submit order on the test system. So, could this still be the ports issue?

I have an issue integrating WHMCS with OpenSRS Live System. First of all, let me just say that I have done the followings: 1. I managed to integrate WHMCS to the Test System. I can submit order successfully to the test system. 2. I have added WHMCS server IP address to the Live System. 3. I have added additional module file requirements for WHMCS to connect to OpenSRS API. 4. I have added the private key of OpenSRS Live System API. 5. I have opened both port 55443 and 55000 in my server WHMCS support insisted that the issue is related to both ports above being blocked by firewall. However, I have contacted my web hosting provider and confirmed that both ports are no longer being blocked. Note that I have managed to connect to the test system successfully, so I'm assuming that the ports are open. At the moment, WHMCS only gave me a general error message which tells me nothing. So what could possibly be the issue here? Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Rob, Thanks for your reply. It works now after I renamed htaccess.txt to .htaccess. The installation document doesn't say anything about renaming the file.

Hi, I created an announcement. But when I click the title of the announcement, it returned me "Internal Server Error". Try it here http://billing.houseoweb.com and click "Welcome To House OWeb" announcement. Any help would be appreciated.
