I figured out the problem... It was of course my fault... My site is in Portuguese http://servidorprivadovirtual.com.br/area-do-cliente and I got some E-mail templates in portuguese instead of translating them my self. The translation that I got from a famous Brazilian whmcs blog is missing lots of templates, so of course it will not work. Also this website recommends that you remove all content of the tblemailtemplates table DO NOT DO THAT.. lol Dantas

Hi, I just set up a whmcs on my Linux server and I am trying to setup the e-mail services but for some reason I can't figure out why I am not getting any e-mails. For example when the user trys to reset his password, the user gets a message saying that the e-mail was set but he never gets the message. I set up whmcs in the General Settings Mail to user gmail SMTP as follows: Mail Type: SMTP SMTP Port: 456 ssl://smtp.gmail.com Username: mye-mail@gmail.com password: password SSL Type: None Thanks Dantas
