I host my WHMCS on a shared HostGator server, and they recently performed system changes that resulted in new IP addresses. Now, my cron job to synchronize domains (with Enom) reports this error message: Domain Syncronisation Cron Report for 10-01-2014 16:00:07 Active Domain Syncs - domain1.biz: Error: User not permitted from this IP address - 4 - domain1.com: Error: User not permitted from this IP address - 4 . . . - domain100.info: Error: User not permitted from this IP address - 4 I've asked Enom to add my server IP address to their whitelist, but it doesn't change the error messages. I suspect I don't know the "actual" IP address that needs to be whitelisted. I've turned on the module error logging, but it doesn't return any IP addressing. What can I do to ascertain my actual IP address. Or, what else might be causing this? Thank you, Duane
