  2. Hi, this is I guess my first post here. I have the latest WHMCS, and almost everything works flawless, but the automatic setup of new hosting accounts, I have checked the "Automatically setup the product as soon as the first payment is received" option, but orders never go thru, I have to manually accept them. I do not have fraud protection on, as I had yet to get a fraudulent order. Went around all the options, but can´t figure out, what´s wrong. thanks for your help.
  3. hi there, this is my firts post here. I had been using WHMCS for years with no problem, I am reselling hosting from Hostgator, and everything works fine, but recently I also sign up to resell from Greenresellerhostin, so now I can offer unlimited hosting at a really good price, I had set up everything in WHMCS, using server groups, but can´t get the automatic account creation process for both servers to work, in servers options, you need to set one as the default, and only with this one the process goes thru. ie: have 2 servers groups hg_group and grh_group, each one has asigned a server corresponding to hostgator or greenreseller, and products are well asigned to one or another. In the list of servers, I can only select one as default, in this case, the server from hostgator, wich is asigned to hg_group. So only accounts for the hg_group are automatically created, accounts in grh_group need to be manually set up thru the WHMCS system. how can I send limited space accounts to the server with hostgator, and unlimited space accounts to the server with greenresellerhosting having the automated creation process working for both servers? help is so much appreciated psd: I am a native spanish speaker, so sorry for the bad english.
