Because in hong kong , if you need to run a hosting in pay , you need to apply business register , it need some money to finish too !

Hi, My name is Sam , I am come from Hong Kong , i am Ehost-HK Network Services Admin , my host only will provided free web host services ! Because i have so much cPanle reseller and DirectAdmin reseller from other host and sponsor , so that , i need a system to give my client to apply my free host services , so i want to choice WHMCS , but i am prosecution a free host , have not anly earnings , so i think i can not but WHMCS ! So that , I want to ask , WHMCS or other people will be sponsor the free host?
