Is there a way to limit the number of emails a new hosting/domain customer receives?
I have WHMCS setup with Paypal payment integration. When a customer signs up for hosting service and or domain name service, four emails are sent from my WHMCS to the customer's email address in this order.
email subject reads...
Invoice Payment Confirmation
New Account Information
Customer Invoice
Order Confirmation
I believe this may be the default setting for me; however, it seems redundant to have four emails sent. I am using a 100% free demo coupon code to test a demo account. If this were live at the time PayPal would also be sending their confirmation email adding a 5th email to the customer.
Any thoughts on how to streamline the emails to a new customer?
