  1. For some reason, none of the emails that get sent out from WHMCS are showing up in the gmail. This is a problem as it seems my clients are gmail users. I have done test tickets using Yahoo addresses and they show up in Yahoo, but not gmail. I set up piping using the SMTP instructions in the WHMCS wiki, the used port is 25-- any suggestions on what else I can check? Thanks in advance!
  2. Whoops.. I figured it out. Thanks!
  3. I apologize for the late response. I've been working on this all day and just can't seem to get it to work. I changed the WHMCS folder name to billing. So the address that I get sent to is cosmicace.com/billing/index.php instead of cosmicace.com/index.php. ( I'm not sure if it's ok to put my real domain name here? ). All of the links are the same, they go back to the billing folder even though I specifically put my main site address in the code.
  4. I am trying to add my sites navigation to the header.tpl file. The navigation shows up o.k., but links link back to the client area instead of the href address that I put into place. Sample code: <li class="home"><a href="http://domainname.com/index.php">Home</a></li> But it doesn't go to my sites index page, it adds the folder name that WHMCS is under to the address and loops back to the client area. Any ideas why?
  5. Hello, On my website, I am offering web hosting as well as other non-hosting related services ( web design ). I would like to know if I can setup WHMCS to not show the domain setup when offering the other services? Also, is it okay to change the header layout for WHMCS ( ie. logo ) if I do not have the full license? Of course I'd leave the powered by, etc. Thank you!
