We had a client (also into IT - Web Development) advise us that when he tries to order new hosting it won't let him get past the product selection page. It is just reloading the page. We tested it out on one of our own accounts and confirmed that it just reloads the page. Even the drop down menu for selection other product ranges or to view cart does the same thing.
