Links aren't show as https, help please

Hi,

How can I made all links be a https instead http?

I have been looking around in the community but don't have found any one with the same problem, or maybe I have looking with wrong terms.

I have forgot to mention before the System Health Issues says SSL isn't configured owever I have active an SSL in the main website and still works fine.
