Craft 10 Posted December 4, 2022 Hello, How can I decrease the credit card attempt period? Can I set it to be day after day instead of attempting every day? Also, I need to stop attempting if failed 3 times.
DennisHermannsen 105 Posted December 4, 2022 I don't think WHMCS tries to capture the amount every day. As far as I know, WHMCS tries on the due date, and then once a week for how many weeks you've configured under Automation Settings. Do you have a cron job configured to capture credit card payments?

Check the capture date for each transaction, you'll find it every day! I configured 0 weeks in the Automation Settings. I don't have a specific cron job for capturing credit card payments, I'm using the default cron job for the Automatic Settings.
WHMCS John 240 Posted December 14, 2022 Hi @Craft, A Retry Every Week For of 0 weeks means that WHMCS will attempt capture every day. Set a value in this field to reduce the capture attempt frequency to once per week.
