Hello everyone

Hope all are fine. I am facing a really strange issue in my whmcs licensing.

I have installed manually whmcs on a digital ocean VPS.

I have a genuine license key of whmcs.

Everything is installed but when I registering my license key with whmcs it's not registering with my Server IP. 

Not the domain name.

As a result when I go to my admin portal by using the domain name it's showing that license error.

But if I go by IP address then it's working.

I have reissued the license many times still same issue.

I can see valid domain name in there is my IP address not the domain name.

How do I solve this issue?

Can someone help please?

The license is registered to a domain name, not an IP address. Make sure the IP address resolves to the same domain name you purchased/issued the license for.

      I need to create a feature on my WHMCS website.
      It's a Additional Required Information (WHMCS domain name) on my configure product page, when someone enter the domain name on that field I have to verify , that domain name have valid WHMCS license, otherwise they can't be able to add my product on cart. So how I can verify WHMCS license on my website.
      I know there is a verification method on WHMCS website https://www.whmcs.com/members/verifydomain.php  , but how I have this on my website.
      Anyone do this type of job, please let me know.

      We have been experiencing issues when it comes to the licensing addon.
       
      This has happened when we activated v6 on our server. The licensing service only detects one version of IP: Throw's in an invalid IP error cz of the version change.
      This forces us to input both ips manually as the server only detects one.
      Is there a way we could get both versions of the IPs to be detected and authenticated on the "Valid ip" Field.
