As far as I know 2 - the ones linked below - are no longer maintained but I could be wrong. There was a third module - the most popular - but sadly I can't remember its commercial name name and who was the developer 🤦♂️ I can only tell you that system name was exactly "community" (modules/addons/community and index.php?m=community). Here is how it looks. Btw I agree with AladdinJ. Not worth it. Better go for something like Invision, vBulletin or hosted solutions like Reddit.
