Double Invoices/Charges/Blank Invoices

anyone please help me, whams automatically creating Blank Invoices and duplicate items invoices? why is happening

May be something is wrong with your invoice.tpl file of your theme or may be have any module that cases the issue.

I checked its not issues with tpl

If you are using any module from "module garden" then check that one. Previously i used their multivendor module and faced similar issues.
