Hiring: Custom Reports for Customer Support

I am looking to create a few reports to better track customer support. Specifically;

A WHMCS Report that will allow me to enter a date range and show me how many tickets were answered by each agent. So there would be a table that shows how many tickets were answered by each agents during the specified date range.
