Hello, I am trying to change my top navbar so when I hover over the link it changes color. I would like to set it to #4b8cdc. I can not figure out where in the css I am supposed to change this. I have tried all of the navbar settings but nothing works. Here is my website:

You should be able to add the following CSS code to the end of the theme's custom.css file:

ul.top-nav>li>a:hover {
    color: #bd1f1f;
}
.top-contact a:hover {
    color: #bd1f1f;
}

You can replace #bd1f1f with any color you choose.

Replaced all.min.css as it will get replaced.

I take it you're a new employee and/or user of WHMCS. 🙄

all.min.css would get overwritten during an update - the user should add any client area custom CSS to the theme's custom.css file... but always keep a backup of it.
