Chalipa 0 Posted January 2 Hi, When I try to submit a ticket for RESELLER SUPPORT I get the following error https://prnt.sc/weef12 While submitting ticket, I don't get the option to enter the requested data. Can any one help me on this?

When I go to. https://www.whmcs.com/reseller-support I am not able to replicate this isn't this a long-standing issue where sometimes a browser blocker/filter can stop step 2 from appearing...? go to the reseller support ticket submit page - https://www.whmcs.com/members/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=13 press Submit and you'll be shown the secure credentials page... if you don't include license & url details, then it will show the error message that @Chalipa mentions.
Chalipa 0 Posted January 3 Thank you @brian! for explaining the exact issue i'm facing while submitting a ticket. I still can't get hold of support, is there any email that i can submit my question to?
xyzulu 21 Posted January 3 Have you tried another browser? Different network? (Perhaps your network is doing some blocking)

I was asked about this occurring a number of times last year, so it's likely been going on a while for some users.
