Hello @VirtualWorldGlobal,

Thanks for the deatailed error report.

The error "Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted" indicates that the PHP version you are using in shell currently has a PHP memory_limit value of 32M which does not meet the WHMCS requirements. Please raise this to the minimum 64M or the recommended 128M to resolve this error.

For your reference https://docs.whmcs.com/System_Requirements

Hi @WHMCS Stephen  This was resolved immediately once the value was increased...

Thanks

128MB is the default with PHP I think, not sure why you had it set to lower.

Hi @yggdrasil

It was not set to lower but after migration suddenly to another server we faced this issue. Never happened since 2011 so I got confused...Thanks to @WHMCS Team who responded promptly and we were able to fix the issue...immediately!

I will take the opportunity to say Thanks to all community members and leaders  who are actively share their skill and knowledge so that other members like me with little or no knowledge can benefit from it.

@brian!  who has helped me so much by offering guidance on setting up my WHMCS install by understanding my requirement...Pro bono

@Kian  who  keeps on posting free hooks that benefits many community members like me...

Thank you everyone  :)
