No internet connection message

This is indeed strange. Can you please reinstall the app after uninstalling it and see if that fixes the issue? If not, please provide a screenshot of the error and the exact stage it happens so that we can look into this.

I have exactly the same issue.

I was able to Download the Android app on my Samsung Galaxy S10+.. Then opened the ap and verified my credentials and API key which I inserted in the configuration.php file.

So I am able to log into the app but then get the "No Internet" error. Tried with my router as well as LTE internet... just keeps saying no internet.

I uninstalled the app, re-installed it.. re-validated and it still does that.

I have a couple of questions if you wouldn't mind:

  1. Did the Home screen data load the first time you created the connection profile, or have you always seen this error?
  2. If you tap the Support tab, do your support tickets load?
  3. If you switch back to the Home tab, does the data then load?
  4. If you force close the app and re-open it, does the data then load?

If it doesn't load in those circumstanced I would recommend opening up a Support Ticket so we can further assist you by looking directly at your installation: https://www.whmcs.com/preview/mobile

Hi @SamP

It shows No Internet on the Tickets and Home screens but if you click on clients or orders  it says "coming soon" 

Settings is the only one that works.

Home screen data never loaded.

Force close does not work.

I have logged a ticket.. It is a bit frustrating to have a valid licence and having paid the monthly subscription fee for the app, then see that you need to pay $30 to get bumped in the tickets for quicker help.  But, hey.. I guess we all need to make money.  I just fail to see why I should pay $30 for help on a $2.99/month app.

Anyway they will probably get back to me at some stage...

1. Not with the latest version of the app. It worked flawlessly before then.

2. We don't use WHMCS ticketing system.

I deleted the app for now.

Once the Technical Preview ends, pricing will be the same as for the mobile apps we offer today at just $2.99/mo per WHMCS installation.
