Hi all,

In 1.1.0 we've added a new feature; "Pull" notifications!

You can now get notified of new tickets and replies via the new WHMCS Mobile App!  Just turn on ‘Notifications’ in Settings -

Its funny to have Push Notifications but not saving the Profile Credentials. 

How this will work in preview, if profile is not in the app after a while ? 😎

We've made some improvements in v1.1.0 which should address this. Please apply the update and let us know how you get on.

Great. A nice feature I had in the kayako app, very years ago, was the capability to read and reply the tickets offline. Good for bad connectivity while in the field/route. The app downloaded the active tickets and you can reply to them, and when the phone gets internet connection again the replies were send.

Have you considered relying on OneSignal? It solves the central notification server problem, has a free tier that covers the needs of most users, an easy to implement API and supports messages while the app is in focus, queuing messages for unstable connections, Low Power, Energy Saving, Do Not Disturb modes and major Apple and Google mobile OS versions. It may be more efficient than continuous pulling (polling).
