Hi

we use supportpal and not whmcs native ticket system.

when I logon to the new app it shows this message. Can this be ignored if support module isn’t using native whmcs?

Hi there,

The support ticket functionality of the WHMCS app does require the built-in support features. You'd need a separate Supportpal app to answer tickets in their platform (if available).

Perhaps we could look at an option to dismiss this notice permanently?

Exactly 🙂

Thank you for your patience so far. Can you please update  to the latest version of the app and confirm if this is fixed for you now?

Still exists on the updated version on iOS.

Thank you. I have passed this on to the developers for further review.
