WHMCS 7.9.2 wrong disk space and bandwidth

Recommended Posts

Has anyone else experienced that WHMCS reports used disk space and bandwidth really incorrectly in version 7.9.2?

We have accounts that show 2MB used in cPanel, but WHMCS reports them as more than 5GB used. I know version 7.9.2 was supposed to include sub accounts' usage in the reseller's usage, but it seems to have messed it up for every other account.

I haven't seen any account showing correct disk usage after upgrading to 7.9.2.

Anyone else experiencing the same?

same issue - but it's not resolving - have to manually refresh each hosting account when customers complain.  Just waiting for the disaster of overage billing and customer complaints at the end of the month......

Mine is showing customers using all of their disk space when they've used around 2% as example.

Hi @WHMCS ChrisD,

The Hotfix contains 3 folders (modules, resources, vendor), of which two are empty (resources and vendor). Is this correct?
