Hi

We enabled the direct debit gateway, but does not seem to actually do anything?

How do we set this up? The success message shows: Offline Credit Card Payments are processed manually.
You will receive confirmation by email once your payment has been processed.

Hi @Tom Wilson,

A Direct Debit Processing report is provided so you can manually process payments via the Direct Debit Mode.

More details are located in the module's documentation: https://docs.whmcs.com/Direct_Debit

Regarding the Stripe SEPA module message, please follow these steps to begin troubleshooting: https://help.whmcs.com/m/payments/l/679733-troubleshooting-payment-issues

Hi @Tom Wilson,

Thanks for providing that information. Does the error occur if switching temporarily to the stock "Six" template?

If it does, this indicates that the custom template is missing some oft he required updates for v7.9: https://help.whmcs.com/m/93401/l/1184628-problems-with-one-or-more-features-following-update

Hi,

It has the same error.

But the form asks for an IBAN? Does it not support UK-based sort-code and account number?

Add int this,

When you do enter an IBAN it says 'The type `sepa_debit` is not a valid source type.'

Hi @Tom Wilson,

Yes, the Stripe SEPA module can be used for customers in Euro-zone countries to make payments using their IBAN. UK banks are not members of the scheme so cannot use it.

Consider using GoCardless instead which supports multiple different schemes: https://docs.whmcs.com/GoCardless

This error can also be shown if a Stripe account is too new or too many transactions are attempted.

Before you can accept SEPA Direct Debit, your Stripe account must regularly process card payments for 30 days. SEPA Direct Debit payments are also subject to processing volume limits, and payments can fail if you exceed your limits.

Thanks.

Is it possible to only show certain payment gateways on certain products? For example, I only want GoCardless to show if it's the Pay as You Go service.

Thanks
