rgc Posted August 8, 2019 Share Posted August 8, 2019 When processing an Upgrade/Downgrade using the backoffice the agent gets a "Invalid New Billing Cycle" error. This scenario occurrs one out of 20 times, for example when a plan or billing cycle change is trying to be configured.
