support department custom field variable

Hi there, is there any email variable that show the department custom fields? I know there is a the client and the product ones, but im not finding if there is any for the support department custom fields.

there seems not - I just opened a debug window in a support open ticket email template to double-check and there are no support custom fields - I can see the client custom fields, but not the support equivalents.

Thanx Brian! I was thinking to verify if the ticket has any filled out custom field (which i have created for sensitive info) and if that txtbox is not blank (which means the client filled it out) alert in the admin/staff ticket emails about it.

When you reply a ticket is hard to remember check the tabs to see if there is anything in the custom fields tab.
