Hello, is this possible to have a "ticket support reply modal" so we can just write the answer like this :

Yes, it is.

Each Admin has their own signature and you can put exactly the same under each one.

You can also edit each admin's signature via the Setup -> Staff management -> Admin users -> user in question -> Support ticket signature.
