Stop ticket mail to master account

Hi,

Is there anyway to block email sending to the master account when a  ticket is opened by sub account (Contact added under the master account)?

I tried using some hook, but couldn't get it working.

Please help

You might be able to get results by creating an email rule inside cPanel webmail. So for example, you can just "delete" or "discard" email with specific conditions. This is more of a duck-tape approach but maybe it'll fix your solution?

What if you just goto the Admin Area page /configadmins.php and just uncheck box in Assigned Departments? Hmm...
