We are looking for talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team providing help & support to WHMCS users.


The type of applicants we are looking for should be passionate about helping customers to resolve issues & answer queries. Excellent written communication, advanced problem solving and troubleshooting skills, and being able to work independently are a must. Having experience with PHP development, and having the ability to review & understand PHP code is a bonus.


Ability and commitment is as important as current skill set. You should be highly motivated, have technical flair, an interest in all things technology, and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.


This is a full-time, UK-based, remote position with a competitive salary. A reliable and stable internet connection is required.


Flexible working hours and days are available.





  • Excellent written communication skills in the English language
  • Familiarity with WHMCS usage, features & functionality
  • Keen to learn and expand knowledge further
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience
  • Ability to work independently & be dependable/reliable
  • Have a good technical understanding of Web Hosting and PHP Technologies
  • Coding knowledge of any of HTML, CSS, PHP & MySQL are a bonus
