I've patched whmcs from 6.3.1 to 6.3.2 (phpmailer security problem)

 

In my "System health and updates" says current version 6.3.2 but the initial Security Update PopUp to v7.1.1 is still showing in color red.

Is my 6.3.2 version still secure?

Yes, 6.3.2 is the current, secure version within the 6.x branch - the other notice is just because v7.1.1 is newer and also available as an upgrade
