I have a question

 

there a way to have 2 different control numbers for invoices?

 

for example

 

if the customer country is Venezuelan bill has to start #invoice control #invoice 9000

 

if the client is from another country the invoice has to start another number

 

for example, 2016-09- {number}

 

I need this

 

since I have to pay tax in Venezuela only bills that are customers of Venezuela.

 

so I need 2 different control numbers, according to the customer's country

you wouldn't be able to do this via a change in the Admin settings, so you'd either need to create a custom addon module/hook to do it, or purchase an existing solution.

 

there is a third-party addon, called Billing Extension, where you can create different "brands" with each using its own invoice number format - so your customers from Venezuela can use one invoice number format, everyone else can use another format.

I doubt your feature request will be implemented by WHMCS, and even if it is, it will likely be months or years before it is added.
