IPN Handshake Error 406 Response Paypal IP 173.0.81.1

Hi Guys,

 

Since this morning my IPN has stopped working after checking Paypal the response is 406 its also the same in my Access Logs:

I have no idea whats causing this my only thought is the server has blocked the IP but it seems unrealistic to have done that overnight.

 

Anyone?
