Cancel Invoice on Termination :)

Recommended Posts

Yes it does.

I know WHMCS cancels a invoice when a cancellation notice is set. (this will not affected this feature, correct?)

What I need is when an account is automatically terminated due to overdue payments the invoice needs to be cancelled as well.

If this module does this, I'll be purchasing it.

Hi

I buy this addon today and installed as it says. but unfortunately its not working with my whmcs. When i am terminating a hosting service its not cancelling the invoices. I am not getting any error message or any email. this is a single hosting invoice with late fees. nothing else. can you tell me the possible reasons, I am using WHMCS Version 5.0.2

Your help is really appreciate.

Thanks

There wasn't a problem, but rather an issue with the client not using a control panel and simply setting the product to terminated manually.

There have been no reported issues with 5.1.2

I've been meaning to make or find something like this for a while, thanks!

Does this only work on "hosting" accounts? We mark our Minecraft services as "Other" in the billing system (don't ask me why - that's just how we originally set it up...it works though). Will that make a difference?

I'm going to buy the module and I have the same query as the previous person: will this work with 5.2.5 ?

I await your response to proceed with the purchase

Thanks
