Whilst GA4 is relatively new, I'm surprised to not be able to find much talk, let alone any references, on how to include the necessary data layer events within WHMCS' order form template files. What little I have found is so very out-of-date and no longer applicable (that I can see, anyway). So, looking at https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/ga4/ecommerce#purchase as a starter, I can't work out how to include this example (including the example data, as I want to see it working) in /orderforms/standard_cart/complete.tpl. Then, of course, is ensuring that my order-specific data replaces that of Google's example. So, the short question here is - how do we include Google Analytics events within WHMCS template files? Has no-one here done this (recently, so that it is still relevant to WMCS v8 and/or GA4)? I don't suppose @brian! can offer some insight here? As always, thanks for any help provided.

Hi, I'm fairly new to editing the WHMCS theme files and wondered if maybe someone could help me? I've gone over the theme guide over at the developer portal but i'm still fairly lost. Which files and which line of code do I need to open and edit to add my own navigation menu's, logos etc. at the top and also the footer at the bottom to match the main website template? I hope i'm making sense. Basically I want to add my own template around WHMCS itself so it looks all professional. Thanks in advance.

I've been having an odd issue with multiple email templates. It seems like using an {else} results in the following errors in the activity log: Smarty Error: Syntax error in template "mailMessage:mailMessage:plaintext" on line 33 "{$signature}" unclosed {if} tag I'm getting this with at least two different email templates. Here's one such template in plaintext for "Invoice Created" the one that the above error is specifically referring to: <p>Hey {$client_name},</p> {if $ticket_department eq "Sales"}Since you normally pay with PayPal, you should already have a subscription which will automatically renew on {$invoice_date_due}. If your subscription was previously canceled, then you should use the link below to complete payment manually.{else}According to our records, you normally complete payment with {$invoice_payment_method}, however {$invoice_payment_method} does not support automatic renewal! This means you will need to click the link below to complete payment manually for every invoice we create for you. I'm currently working on a custom template using dataTables for the invoice page. Which means I require all invoice items to be loaded by default. As a workaround I've set the invoice page nav link to 'clientarea.php?action=invoices&itemlimit=all' But I'm wondering if there is another way to set $itemlimit to 'all' by default ?

Can someone clear something up for me? I am looking for the viewcart.tpl file in the order forms folder, but have hit a wall. The following order forms don't appear to have half the folders/files that should be there, see image attached for the "Pure Comparison" order form. I thought it may have been an issue when upgrading to V6, so downloaded the installation from WHMCS again, and notice that the newer order forms are all the same? Am I looking in the totally wrong place?

Is there an easy way to duplicate the look and feel of the Client Portal six (whmcs/templates/six) register-transfer searches into the order form templates (whmcs/templates/orderforms/slider)? Hi I have the multibrand module installed in my WHMCS installation from modules garden. I want to customize the homepage.tpl page to only show certain areas of the page depending on the brand website. I did this sort of thing with the logo in the header.tpl page. I now have separate logos for each brand website. What I want to do know is hide the domain section on one of my brand websites homepage but not the other. I am using the same template for both brands. Is this possible? Can someone help ASAP?

Hi guys, Just a quick one, I'm working on a template at the moment for my whmcs, based on Foundation 5, everything seems to be progressing well, i even managed to get off canvas menus working so clients on tablets and phones can access the site and in the right format, I still have a couple of things to work on but its lookin good so far.. Would anyone be interested in it, if so I could clean it up afterwards and maybe post a rough copy later when I'm done? Cain
