  1. An issue has been identified in the 7.5.0 release - published on 2nd April, 2018 - that causes overdue terminations not being processed by the daily automation task. This results in services being left suspended. This was caused by a syntax error in the relevant query. Workaround Services can be manually terminated by clicking the "Terminate" Module Command button on the corresponding service details page. Resolution We are releasing a hot-fix patch which resolves the underlying issue. Applying the HotFix To apply the fix, download the zip file from the link below. Extract the contents and upload to your whmcs directory overwriting the existing files. CORE-12228-cron-not-terminating-services.zip Note: This file is only applicable if you are running Version 7.5.0
  2. As a result of the shutdown by the U.S. Government of the Payza.com website, the Payza module distributed in WHMCS has ceased to function. A replacement service has purportedly opened at payza.eu for continuation of business. Resolution We are releasing a hot-fix patch which replaces API endpoint referencing payza.com with payza.eu Applying the HotFix To apply the fix, your server must first be running Ioncube Loaders 10.1.x or higher. Download the zip file from the link below. Extract the contents and upload to your whmcs directory overwriting the existing files. MODULE-6755-payza-module-url-update.zip NOTE: WHMCS has been unable to verify the legitimacy of the new service operating via Payza.eu. We recommend excercising caution until you are confident this is a legitimate website.

An issue has been identified in the 7.5.0 release - published on 2nd April, 2018 - that results in an error when adding domain renewals to the shopping cart in PHP 7.1 and 7.2 environments: Error: Error: Cannot use string offset as an array in /home/netserv/public_html/clientes/vendor/whmcs/whmcs-foundation/lib/Cart/Controller/DomainController.php:0 This can result in an inability for clients to place orders. Workaround A workaround is available, by changing to a PHP 7.0 environment Resolution We are releasing a hot-fix patch which resolves the underlying issue. An issue has been identified in the 7.5.0 release - published on 2nd April, 2018 - that results in an Oops error when ordering a product via the shopping cart whilst Symantec is enabled in MarketConnect: TypeError: Argument 1 passed to WHMCS\MarketConnect\Promotion\Service\ServicePromotion::getAddonArray() must be of the type array, null given, called in /home/whmcs/public_html/75/vendor/whmcs/whmcs-foundation/lib/MarketConnect/Promotion/Service/Symantec.php on line 0 and defined in /home/whmcs/public_html/75/vendor/whmcs/whmcs-foundation/lib/MarketConnect/Promotion/Service/ServicePromotion.php:0 This can result in an inability for clients to place orders. Issues have been identified in the in the 7.5.0 release - published on 2nd April, 2018 - that result in the new domain renewal interface failing to properly render and 404 errors when the Friendly index.php and Full Friendly Rewrites options are selected in the Setup > General Settings > Friendly URLs setting. This can result in an inability for clients to manually renew domains early when these modes are used. Automated renewals are unaffected. Workaround A workaround is available, by changing the Setup > General Settings > Friendly URLs setting to Basic URLs. Resolution We are releasing a hot-fix patch which resolves the underlying issues. This hotfix also resolves and therefore supersedes the previous CORE-12200 hotfix. This hotfix can be applied even if the previous standalone CORE-12200 hotfix has previously been applied. Applying the HotFix To apply the fix, download the zip file from the link below. Extract the contents and upload to your whmcs directory overwriting the existing files.
