I have a personal email account named sean@hosting.com
I then have an WHMCS admin account with notifications sent to the same email, When a customer opens a ticket with sales@hosting.com, I get sent an email to sean@hosting.com, however when I reply to that email, It's adding my message to the ticket but as a customer-reply and not a staff member reply.
any ideas?
The main reason I want to do this is so that I can reply to messages from my mobile without loading up the WHMCs panel or Mobile App manually and checking, because my Android phone will automatically sync with my personal email account and alert me of new messages.
