    Hi @lims, That's correct, the sidebar is not displayed on the Out of Stock page. This is the same in previous versions too. We welcome feature requests online at http://requests.whmcs.com Feel free to suggest this as a new idea for comment and voting upon by other WHMCS users. The more votes an idea receives, the more likely it is to be considered by our development team for potential inclusion in a future feature update.
  5. Hi @steven99, When updated to 7.7, the auto-updater will read the file locations from the configuration.php file and create the appropriate records in Storage Settings, yes. It does not make changes to the configuration.php file.
  6. Hi @IamAQ, Please click the "Update Now" button and start the update process. When you see the Hourglass icon, that is the POST you should inspect.
  7. Hi @IamAQ, You can check your server logs to see the error that occurred. The tblupdatelog table will also record the last action performed by the auto-updater. Alternatively: Enable Setup > General Settings > Other tab > Display Errors Navigate to Utilities > Update WHMCS Open Your browser's Network Analyser Tool Start the auto-update process Select the POST to update.php Inspect the Response The response should contain more specific error details from your server.

    Error access to Config Gateways 7.7.1

    Hi @hostingarg, This error indicates there is a plain php file in your /modules/gateways directory. WHMCS expects payment gateway module files to be formatted in a certain way. So if that's not the case, you will experience this error. Could you please ensure there are no customisations present in your /modules/gateways directory. Once the issue is resolved you can add them back one-by-one until the problem begins again - at which point you have identified the troublesome customisation and can contact the vendor directly for assistance resolving the problem in their code. Please do share the name of the gateway you determined to cause the problem.

    Hi @Douglas Ruiz, We've not been able to reproduce the issue on our local test environments with a stock 7.7.0 installation at this time - even using your exact data. So whilst an environment issue would appear to be the most likely explanation at this point, there are one or two final things we can check in your WHMCS installation. I do hope you will re-consider and provide us with access to troubleshoot in your support ticket.
