    Hi @yggdrasil, I can confirm there is not currently a known issue in the aWHMCS app using predefined replies. I tested just now with WHMCS 7.6.1, aWHMCS 2.8.2, and Android 8.0.0, and was able to insert predefined replies perfectly into a support ticket reply. Can you provide some more details on the problem you encountered please?
  3. We would like know if it is possible to add the option to provide the SRV record via WHMCS DNS Management area. The registrar is enom and now we are only able to do it via their panel. A screenshot is attached. Whmcs support told me to post the issue in http://requests.whmcs.com/ but my post was not yet even approved by moderator there. Please have a check on this and give us a reply.

  4. We experience the slowness in loading invoice page after clicking complete order. I have tested with removing all third party and custom hooks and addons and using default template -six. Also increased our mysql and whmcs server RAM and also done whmcs support instruction below

But still no improvement.Why it is too slow after clicking completeorder button in whmcs.

  8. Hi all, Following a dialogue with WGS, I have now re-activated the Marketplace listings. It is my understanding that the source of the intrusion has been identified and an update published to address it. I would recommend all users of the Client-X theme apply the 1.0.6 update. Note: WHMCS has not conducted an audit of any WGS code. This message should not be considered an endorsement.

    An issue has been identified in the 7.6.1 release - published on 28th August, 2018 - that causes the ResellerClub module to inaccurately report the Transfer Lock status when the IRTP Transfer Lock is also applied. This could result in the status of the lock being reported as on, when it is actually off. The impact is negated by the presence of the separate IRTP Transfer Lock.
  10. Hi @plusplushosting, I'm pleased to hear the hotfix resolved the matter for you. That is correct, in 7.6 the 2Checkout module will create a subscription for all recurring items where possible (including domains).

    Hi @CJF077, This can occur if there are two entries in WHMCS for the same domain. If you search for the domain using the Intelligent Search and get two results, that will confirm it.
  12. Hi @Crashtest007, Please review Utilities > Logs > Activity Log, do you see two sets of "Cron Job" entries per day? If so, this behaviour indicates that the cron.php file is being triggered twice. Please ensure there is only one cron job touching the cron.php file on your server. If not, you might have two administrator users sending emails to addresses which ultimately forward to the same mailbox.
  13. Hi all, We've taken the decision to temporarily remove WGS' listings from the Marketplace and have reached out to them. We expect to restore listings once we can be confident in the safety for our users.
  14. Hi @Zabwino1865, The presence of this message is something which has been reported to us previously, and case CORE-11887 is open with our development team to clean it up in a future update. Our investigations have determined this message isn't actually indicative of any functional problems, so can safely be ignored in the meantime.

    Hi @fajryassin, To troubleshoot data saving errors, please follow these steps: Enable the Setup > General Settings > Other tab > MySQL Debug option. Then Reproduce the problem Now Review Utilities > Logs > Activity Log for any SQL errors. Finally, disable the MySQL Debug option. Share the errors logged here for us to review.
