    An issue has been identified in the 7.9.0 release - published on 8th January 2020, that can prevent automated credit card charges from being attempted. This occurs if the Setup > Automation Settings > Retry Every Week setting is greater than 1. This hotfix applies only to 7.9.0

  4. Hi @Chris74, Staff with an active admin session will see this documentation link and stack trace. It is not shown to clients/public. I've been able to reproduce this behaviour on my side to, so I've opened case CORE-14163 with the development team to display a more friendly message in future.     That's correct @DennisHermannsen; in writing this documentation we identified some areas for refinement, so have rolled those into our next release (7.9-GA). The developer documentation is available as a head-start in advance of that release. At this time we do not intend to publish developer documentation detailing functionality in earlier versions.

    Hi all, I'm pleased to advise that the sample remote input gateway module development kit has been published in preparation for the forthcoming 7.9.0 GA release: https://github.com/WHMCS/sample-remote-input-gateway The code in this sample requires some product changes in the forthcoming release, so won't operate with 7.9.0-RC.1 or earlier.     Help all packages gone

    Hi @Thomasmcdaniel9, First I'd review the MySQL database and look for any corruption or crashed tables. You'll need your database admin/server admin to resolve that. Alternately it's possible they were all deleted by a member of staff; check the Utilities > Logs > Activity Log for deletion records. If there was an error (eg. low balance) then navigate to the client's Products/Services tab and click the "Create" Module Command button. If the service has already been provisioned, then you can click the "Attempt Configuration" button to do the automated setup of the MX records. Hi @Mechanic, I placed a new order and I was taken to the Standard Checkout order page (attachment 1) I did notice that if I first tried paying an invoice via Inline, switched to Standard Checkout, then went to pay again, I saw an inline-style checkout page (attachment 2) WHMCS is redirecting correctly to https://www.2checkout.com/checkout/purchase but it it seems 2Checkout choose to display an inline-type checkout in that case. If I had to speculate it might be because the product records were already created at 2CO during the first payment attempt in Inline mode, so they maybe have some logic to display a different inline-style checkout page in that case?

    Hi @Chris74, The MyWorks PayPal Billing module has been known to cause a number of problem with Pay mMthods in 7.8, please do ensure you've applied their latest update which should help avoid problems moving forward.
