  1. Ok-that allows for a support department not requiring client account. However, I also have another support department that does require accounts. When a person goes to submit ticket they can see the link to the support department that does not require login but they cannot see a link to the support department that requires login.
  2. I just purchased and installed WHMCS. I did not realize that the program forces a person to already have an account with us to submit a trouble ticket. One of the uses of this program is for those who have blogs on a multi-blog site to submit trouble tickets. There are over 200 users. None of them are going to have an account with me. Is there no way for a person to submit a trouble ticket without having an account? I thought that was something I could turn on or off.
  3. 1. When a customer submits a trouble ticket I want it to always go to me (I am the admin). I would then decide to handle it myself or assign it to my tech. 2. If I assign it to my tech, I want to receive the same e-mail notification as the customer when he does work on the ticket. (Thus I can see the support he is giving.) 3. I want the customer's responses to be sent as e-mail to both my tech and myself. (So I want to see all correspondence between tech and customer) 4. I want tech to be able to assign the ticket to me as admin if he is having problems. (I do not want the customer to see that he has transferred the ticket to me, other than it will be obvious if I respond to the ticket.) 5. I want to be able to write private notes to my tech within the ticket, and him do the same to me. 6. Once I am confident that a tech is handling tickets properly, I would no longer want to be receiving e-mail notifications.
  4. Is it possible that whatever response a customer puts into a reply e-mail will be put into the actual ticket on the web. Thus if they reply by e-mail instead of logging into the ticket program, their comments will be seen in the ticket.
  5. Per my post title securepaynet.net is not a payment gateway. It is a domain reseller. I looked on the FAQ for domains and did not see it, but I thought maybe someone knows if it actually is opensource or another domain reseller. It seemed to me it use to be under a different name.
  6. Does WHMCS interface with securepaynet.net
