  1. I have an add running 24/7 for specific product group on Google Ads but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to track sales conversion, in this case being any sales from ad clicks. I'm logged into my Ads account in the Tools > Conversions section. See attached. Then I choose "install the tag yourself" option after that. See attached. Where does this go for new sales specifically? Should it be "page load" or "snippet" option?
  2. Ok, but don't you think it's ridiculous WHMCS charges us a monthly fee to secure our billing software?
  3. It's pathetic that we have to pay a fee to secure our billing software login with 2FA (our choice app instead of their method). Really shameless on WHMCS's part.
  4. I don't see any possible option to use Microsoft Authenticator for my admin account's 2FA. Are DuoMobile and Yubikeys the only options?

    Paypal Transaction Lookup Addon

That was it, thanks for your help. It would be nice if their addon section actually mentioned that.
  6. Enabled this add-on in setup and also enabled widget view in staff management area. Where do I get the API "signature" in my PayPal account? Do I use my PayPal username (email) and password to or something else? I went here too: https://www.paypal.com/businessmanage/credentials/apiAccess I don't know which option to use. If I click on Grant API Permission link, I see attached and have no idea what to put there. I'm confused.
  7. Curious what most of you are using for merchant / gateway services. I've been using the CDG Commerce / Quantum Gateway bundle for quite some time. It's getting expensive now as revenue increases. Not only that, their websites (both) are pathetically outdated and not mobile friendly even. They look like they were designed in 1998. I was looking at https://fattmerchant.com but see no module for WHMCS. Any feedback would be appreciated.
  8. Agreed and their support denies any slowness. Liars.
  9. Let me re-summarize: Slowness happened immediately after upgrading to 7.6. Prior on 7.5 and before, any page load in admin panel was lightning fast. Now, 2 seconds average any page at all in admin panel. Client side remains normal otherwise. Using default Blend theme. Already ran database repair, optimize via phpMyAdmin. Already ran "empty template cache" and cleared browser cache as well. Problem replicated in Firefox on Windows 10 and Safari on iPhone. Same slowness in admin panel. Adding below line to config file did not fix the problem at all. $disable_admin_ticket_page_counts = true; Server specs: 2 x Hex Core with 72GB RAM, SSD drives and only 2 domains hosted on the box. 10. @yggdrasil As I already stated, only admin side.
  11. No help from support in my case. They deny the slowness despite the obvious that others replicated this and it happened immediately after upgrading to 7.6 The server I'm running on has 2x Hex-Core with 72GB RAM, SSD and Mariadb 10.2. Sure isn't a server or hardware issue at all. It's their bugs.
  12. After upgrading to 7.6, I utilized the Maxmind features added. I added my license key, which matches my email/key in my Maxmind account. I get this error on new orders, attached. My settings are also attached. Any changes, recommendations for Maxmind settings at least?
  13. Didn't solve for me. Only happens on admin side, not client side. Takes 2 seconds to load pages.
  14. You mean it should look like this? $disable_admin_ticket_page_counts = 'true;' Anyway, both formats didn't do it for me.
