  1. Thanks papa @bear your 100% correct. I completely had my template files in the wrong directory. Holy moly.
  2. @WHMCS John having the same issue, I have my other pages saved in the root of my template folder. The homepage works fine however none of the other pages work and I get an oops error. I checked my security logs in Cpanel and i get this [Sun Dec 01 16:14:19.129928 2019] [:error] [pid 3944648:tid 22728671176448] [client 97.101.9****] [client 97.*****] ModSecurity: Warning. 3. so I moved one of the pages and it did load the page however all the customized style did not and the header/footer everything is gone. Well, at least it loaded the page up lol. Unless all my CSS / JS etc are supposed to be in the WHMCS folder and not the template folder, which would be kind of awkward and that would also bring a question up as of the homepage.tpl loads just fine with no issues. Let me dive in deeper.
  4. gotcha! I currently have the pages in the root of my template folder, I'm going to add them in the root of the WHMCS folder and see what happens. Thanks for the reply, ill let you know if that worked or not shortly.
  5. I've enabled it already, i also added manually in php file, that is the only eroor that shows up.
  6. Greetings Family! I enabled display errors and even added it manually to the configuration.php file My pages are pulling this error which reads as follows. This is the only thing popping up no other errors. Oops! We couldn't find that page Please try navigating using the options below. 7. I hear you, however, WHMCS might be upset I installed on a local machine, so I just been working on it from the server, that's pretty much the solution. I did not know i need a developer license or to cancel the live license on the server. Pretty much the easiest way is to test it out on your remote server before you go live. I'm having a hell of a time, getting certain things to work for some reason.
  8. Greetings and peace WHMCS family. I am a new user of WHMCS, figured ill give it a go and see if its a better solution than what I am currently using. So far everything is pretty much straight forward. I have only one issue, which is 1. I installed whmcs on my local machine to run some testing before I go live, no issues there however 2. I am unable to login into the backend to make edits etc 3. I received the download from my server company RC, they said I have to contact whmcs for the rest. if anyone can help me out, that would be wonderful. other than that, I'm a web / graphic designer. you can find me on most platforms by searching for Sun dey or Sundezine. Cheers.
  9. Nevermind i figured this out, it was kinda simple. My mistake.
  10. nevermind i overlooked the install folder completely. figured it out.
  11. Ok so I figured out my last issue with the configuration file, that was a simple fix however I am getting this page and don't know how to get by this step on a local machine.
  12. wondering if it is possible to install WHMCS on my local machine? I have Mac OS. I'm getting this error and btw my config files are read&write.
