  1. Hello WHMCS & Community, I am having a hard time finding 100% compatible WAF (Web Application Firewall) and CDN (Content Delivery Network) companies. I would say both WAF & CDN are important but, more importance goes to WAF for WHMCS security, Do you know any WAF providers/companies that might be 100% compatible (i.e. allowing all the ports that whmcs uses) or at the very least that would let us configure all the ports WHMCS uses ourselves? Do you know any CDN providers that are 100% compatible with WHMCS? We tried StackPath and they said they were NOT compatible, we contacted Sucuri and they do NOT even know what is WHMCS (at least by the way their sales team responded they've got no idea what is WHMCS), tried a few other companies no luck! I would say WHMCS "MUST" have a documentation on compatible service providers; if they got Amazon AWS S3 mentioned then CDN & WAF companies are also important to keep whmcs safe, may be you can step in now to help, we'd very happy. Thanks, Sal
  2. Hello Community, I was lately in talks with few icann accredited domain registrars, I found out that two to three domain registrars suited best but I do NOT know if it is possible to work or configure two to three different domain registrars and cherry pick certain domain extensions from each registrar so my clients can have lower prices on these domain extensions, any insights would help, a solution would be great! Thanks, Sal
  3. I know, taxes totally sucks! It's a challenge in themselves.. Our concern is IRS Tax audit and, with so many different taxes we are bound to make some mistakes somewhere and these IRS goons they them self stated that it do NOT go to audio these multi million dollar companies because these big corporation have attorneys on their payroll so this is the reason IRS goes after small or emerging businesses because they will NOT be able to afford two hundred thousand a month on attorney fees and would pay the fines.. And, we are a small corporation so we would like to implement "correct" taxes to collect and submit to uncle sam so even if audit happens we got one less thing to worry about.. Thank you so much Kian! BTW check out the "Taxes Solution" below; we have been able to find a solutions here:
  4. Thank you so much! Your reply was more helpful than Alavara company itself! They failed, you helped.. Thanks again!
  5. I am trying to integrate Avalara.com with whmcs for taxes and few other purposes, not sure if either WHMCS has a module or if Avalara has a module or not, but what is the best way to integrate both together?
  6. Every state in the US has different taxes, how to we handle this in WHMCS?

I have recently started the implementation of whmcs for my hosting company, I am still debating on many aspects of what is what with WHMCS Software. You may see me posting question about a few things that I need help with on WHMCS, so far my experience has been great and i look forward to making the hosting company a success! Thanks for reading!
