  1. I'm not sure why you take it out on me dude - just trying to be honest here - when I see your website, it looks like one of those from the 90's and wonder why Font Awesome icons can make such a big deal or perhaps are your suffering from OCD? Surely one or two broken icons will not make that big of impact with that grandfrather design of yours... Anyway, I think this is just 0.1% little issue out of the 99.9% WHMCS has helped our business grow... getting angry will not solve any problem, you should discuss politely so that developers can get feedback and work towards the fix that you are looking for (for free)... or if it's really urgent fiverr might be your best bet... good luck! I rest my case and conclude that we have to agree to disagree πŸ™‚
  2. i can see that you are really frustrated @rkatz0 i've posted about the "transfer domains" (and some social icons) not showing correctly due to the adblocker and i thought no one realized my post but it seems that they are actually taking notes... i even take extra effort to ask FA developers, and other Q&A sites... (because we all know WHMC Support isn't the fastest in the world)... worry not, if your business is that big to be embarrassed, i think you earn enough money to hire a qualified "web designer/developer/programmer" to fix whatever needed for your problems. it's more like a UI issue rather than a more serious issue that needs urgent attention such as "security" and "exploits" - i've never expected to pay $18.95 for premium after sales service - however if it was $40-50/month, i'd be pissed off too... since WHMCS was one of FA backers, they will keep using it in their future release and will not drop support but i do wish with all the money WHMCS are getting i hope they can create their own icon library or hire an illustrator to avoid extra dependencies from other third-parties... to be honest FA sucks... if i'm given a choice to either use AdBlocker or Font Awesome... I'll choose AdBlocker...
  3. Hi, there! I created an issue on FA's github and found out that the problem was actually due to the AdBlocker extension on my Chrome. At this point, I don't even know who to blame: (1) WHMCS for using FA, (2) AdBlocker for blocking FA, or (3) myself for using AdBlocker (and using FA on my custom template). The love affairs among all involve seems to have degenerated into an unhappy marriage of WHMCS+FA.... Sad indeed... https://github.com/FortAwesome/Font-Awesome/issues/13703
  4. @cybershubham - i'm not sure who are you replying to but clearing my browser cache certainly didn't do anything positive for me... can anyone confirm the issue about my post? i know whmcs was one of the backers for FA last time but they can't even integrate properly at this point... i love FA5 icons, it's so much better than FA4.. Good move! However, my "Transfer Domains" sidebar link in my template is using the "share" icons and it seems broken in Chrome! Someone pls help me report this to FA team and WHMCS should do something about it for example something like a fallback feature can become handy and useful...
  5. I keep getting this "Domain Sync Cron Emails" every 4 hours after updating to 7.6 and this is annoying. Or at least try to combine it with the "WHMCS Cron Job Activity" email or something? There should be a feature where email should only sent out if an error is found... I mean, let's say I handle 10 billing platforms using the same email address and I'm receiving all these emails every 4 hours... in 1 day, I get about 60 email notifications... This question was asked in 2013 (5 years ago) and it's still happening now. I mean like, are they even listening to their customers?
  6. I've just updated from 7.5.2 and now on 7.6.0. I think some of the Font Awesome 5.2 Icons are broken in certain browsers only. For example, https://fontawesome.com/icons?d=gallery&q=share&m=free The above icon is broken on Chrome Version 67.0.3396.99 (Official Build) (64-bit) but it works great on Microsoft Edge 42.17134.1.0 I wonder if this is browser rendering problem, or FA's svg things because it's certainly not WHMCS issue. I've edited all my custom templates and required js to use the new "fas/far/fab" classes but unfortunately the icons are still broken... Very poor "stable" release indeed, how can 7.6.0 passed RC anyway?
  7. I've just read this thread: and I copied the .htaccess and replaced my old one and I can get it work. My previous htaccess was: # https://stackoverflow.com/questions/38983034/force-https-and-www-in-htaccess RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\. [NC,OR] RewriteCond %{HTTPS} off RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^(?:www\.)?(.+)$ [NC] RewriteRule ^ https://www.%1%{REQUEST_URI} [R=301,L,NE] Maybe that's why I can't get the eula-accept link to work. I've append my custom rule below the one provided from the thread below.
  8. I've just upgraded from WHMCS 7.5.2 to 7.6.0 today, everything was smooth but when I tried to login, it showed me the "End User License Agreement" page. When I clicked on the "I Agree" button, it sent me to 404 page not found error. For your information, I'm currently using a custom whmcs admin directory so the link end up like this www.something.gov/customadmindir/eula-accept I can't proceed to the dashboard for now. Help me, its urgent!
  9. Hello. Did I miss this or something? I've looked under General Settings > Security, but sees nothing. I've also did a community search before posting this topic but return unrelated result. Doing google search also not much of a help. Apart from commenting (or hiding) this in the .tpl file, <div class="checkbox"> <label> <input type="checkbox" name="rememberme" /> {$LANG.loginrememberme} </label> </div> Are there any native way to disable to "Remember Me" checkbox in the client area login page? I'd like to turn this feature off to force my client login every time and don't set any login cookies in their machine. Thank you.
  10. Thank you and I really appreciate the detailed explanations. I solved this problem already and I feel grateful, excellent job. I wish you a nice day ahead!!!
  11. Hi. I’m getting the same message as my original post like above (first post)... it’s very strange the needs attention notice suddenly disappeared out of the blue... also could u edit my reply above? I’ve sent a report and ticket about the problem or can u just remove this thread it’s settled for now..
  12. Hello. As mentioned in the title, I'd like to know is it possible to do this task automatically or is the feature missing? For your information, I currently have 143 domains listed but all of them only have first year pricing. I'd like to generate prices for year 2 to 10 automatically for each domain extensions with a single click or something (current year multiply first year), so I can offer Year 1-10 for sale instead of just year 1 or manually multiply them 1 by 1, that's tedious. Another question is, is there a limit on the numbers of domain that can be listed? Because I'm unable to add anymore extensions after I've listed out 143 domains for sale so far. The next domain didn't get save. Thank you.
  13. It looks like I'm having this problem again. What I did was, renaming my folder and database. I've updated the info in both my crons/config.php and configurations.php. I also double checked my email piping commands and crons command to point to the correct path. Apart from that, I've set a proper permission for every files. Now, I'm getting this error message again and the problem is I don't know which item needs attention? This is very poor error handling implementation by WHMCS and it will certainly lead to other problems when trying to figure things out. Where can I see the thing that needs my attention actually, it's not mentioned in the dashboard? Last Automation Run: Yesterday at 12:00 AM NEEDS ATTENTION Thank you for your attention (pun intended).
  14. I figured it out! I actually forgot to update 3 of my email forwarders piping command to my new cron.php path The NEEDS ATTENTION notice is no longer there after I changed to the correct path. Perhaps, WHMCS can improve better in handling this kind of error notice in the future so a customer like me will get the problem right away. Thank you.
  15. Hello, I've just moved my cron directory below public_html on a freshly installed WHMCS 7.5.1 I've already followed the instructions by adding the new path cron dir in configuration.php and also added the whmcs path to the cron's config.php For the record, I've updated the cron command in my PHP as well using the new cron path. However, I'm getting this error on the main interface. It is exactly like this report here: I went into the terminal and run the command php -q /home/**hidden**/whmcs/crons/cron.php --force -vvv and got these message: Executing System Queue ---------------------- 4/4 [β–“β–“β–“β–“β–“β–“β–“β–“β–“β–“β–“β–“β–“β–“β–“β–“β–“β–“β–“β–“β–“β–“β–“β–“β–“β–“β–“β–“] 100% < 1 sec/< 1 sec 38.0 MiB [OK] Completed But it seems like the "NEEDS ATTENTION" notice is still there on the front page of my admin interface. Cron Status Ok Last Run: 2018-06-24 09:05 Please note that this is under the Automation Overview and not the System Health's needing attention part. What's wrong?
